Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a technical subject matter expert and Full Stack Engineer, providing hands-on engineering leadership across the delivery lifecycle.
  • •Ensure user stories are delivered to agreed scope, schedule, budget, meeting quality standards and business requirements.
  • •Design, develop, and enhance systems supporting Staff Channels with a focus on scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (platform, DevOps, security, QA) to plan and execute deployments across environments.
  • •Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents using root cause analysis and drive preventative actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in application development and production support within enterprise environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline.
  • •Hands-on experience building user interfaces with React and developing backend services with Node.js.
  • •Proficient in Java and the Spring Boot framework for building scalable, maintainable applications.
  • •Experience with engineering and project tools including Confluence, Jira, Jenkins, Git/GitHub, and SonarQube, with strong CI/CD and automation focus.
