Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute visual merchandising guidelines across exclusive own and franchise retail stores, including season launches, campaigns, promotions, and window changes.
  • •Plan and conduct regular store visits based on the VM calendar, prioritizing key stores, new launches, and high-impact locations.
  • •Conduct VM audits for compliance, identify gaps, and correct execution on the floor while ensuring consistent store look-and-feel.
  • •Guide and train store staff on VM standards, product placement, and maintenance, including the VM Champ/Partner VM program.
  • •Coordinate with VM and retail teams to translate guidelines into store-level execution, install campaign displays safely, and share execution reports and post-execution images.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on visual merchandising execution and floor management experience across retail stores.
  • •Ability to read and interpret visual merchandising guidelines, layouts, and planograms.
  • •Experience ensuring accurate execution of layouts, fixtures, mannequins, and product presentations aligned to brand standards.
  • •Basic reporting and documentation skills using Excel, PPT, and images.
