Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify vehicle status by making real-time phone calls to pickup sites and monitor holds and verification delays.
  • •Correct master data location errors and manage email boxes for multiple locations while collaborating regionally.
  • •Process manual orders and other AS400 system orders, including fees and assessorial charges, and monitor order entry failures.
  • •Investigate carrier kickbacks of VINs, negotiate dispatch, and follow up with carriers daily to keep them accountable to plans.
  • •Action AutoIMS for transit delay holds, cancellations, and ETA updates; manage vendor corrective actions and report performance results.
