Job Summary

Provide inside sales support for the drywall and building materials industry by taking orders in person and over the phone, entering sales orders in the company system, and building customer relationships. Develop product knowledge to help customers choose the right materials and accessories, and partner with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers to shape sales approaches and overcome customer objections. Work in an office-based role with a strong focus on customer service, accuracy, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

•Take orders at the sales counter and over the phone while building customer relationships.
•Use the company computer system to enter orders, complete sales orders, and process cash sales.
•Develop product knowledge to assist customers with purchases.
•Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers to determine sales approaches and overcome objections.
•Communicate and exchange accurate information with team and management in an office environment.
