Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a long-term functional, performance, and automation/simulation testing strategy for the SBG.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of domain and automation/simulation testing professionals.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate test scenarios and ensure 100% coverage via automated testing pipelines.
  • •Design and maintain test strategies and automation/simulation frameworks across testing phases.
  • •Analyze test results, report progress/issues, recommend improvements, and help resolve customer issues/technical support needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
  • •15+ years of experience in system function/automation-simulation testing or development in a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • •Strong technical leadership to technically guide and develop a high-performing testing team.
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • •Experience with virtualization (VMWare) and exposure to test/requirement management tools such as JIRA and Xray is must.
