Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO’s initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop sales floor.
  • •In partnership with leadership, analyze reports and support action plans focusing on deficient areas and growth opportunities.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage via workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives throughout the store.
  • •Support shipment processing and product flow, including visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment, and execute front- and back-of-house procedures per policy.
