Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and authorize corporate account opening and account maintenance activities processed by CCAM, ensuring policy, regulatory, and service standards compliance.
  • •Review and authorize account opening documentation for a range of client segments while ensuring CDD/KYC, AML, sanctions, and internal policy requirements are met.
  • •Maintain accuracy of customer records, account structures, mandates, and authorized signatories across relevant banking systems.
  • •Ensure strict AML/sanctions/regulatory and operational risk controls, escalate exceptions and control gaps, and consistently adhere to maker-checker controls.
  • •Deliver SLA-focused service delivery, monitor queues, prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS reports, analyze trends, and support KYC remediation and audit activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Corporate Banking Operations, Centralized Account Management, client onboarding, or account services.
  • •Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Banking Operations, account management, KYC/CDD, and AML regulations.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across internal banking teams.
  • •Proficiency in banking systems/workflow applications and Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
