Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of cost management services across a portfolio of clients and capital projects.
  • •Interface with clients, stakeholders, and consultants across all project stages and maintain ongoing communication.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for overall commercial status reporting for projects and programs.
  • •Provide leadership to set strategy/direction, review staff performance, coach and mentor talent, and drive continuous improvement of cost management practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management role within the construction industry.
  • •Strong subject matter expertise in Quantity Surveying, with RICS certification or equivalent accreditation preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management services on complex construction projects and programs.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal, written, organizational).
