  • •Own post-sale adoption strategy for assigned federal accounts, including adoption and enablement roadmaps, value delivery plans, and success milestones.
  • •Drive measurable value realization by defining mission outcomes, tracking progress, identifying adoption gaps, and connecting UiPath usage to operational impact.
  • •Lead regular customer governance, including weekly status updates, monthly program reviews, and executive/quarterly business reviews.
  • •Maintain account-level visibility into delivery milestones, accomplishments, risks, upcoming activities, and dependencies.
  • •Orchestrate end-to-end adoption delivery across internal and external workstreams, partnering with technical teams to support platform health, technical roadmaps, maturity reviews, and testing considerations.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience working with federal, public sector, defense, or intelligence clients with a demonstrated passion for federal mission work.
  • •Proven track record in customer-facing consultative roles (not an entry-level CSM position).
  • •Ability to manage post-sale relationships, drive adoption, and guide customers toward measurable business or mission value.
  • •Strong program orchestration skills, including managing milestones, risks, dependencies, executive updates, and cross-functional workstreams.
  • •Comfort communicating technical complexity into clear business and mission impact, with strong trusted relationships across technical and executive stakeholders.
