Assist management in running store operations during scheduled shifts, helping drive daily sales and performance goals. Serve as a sales performance role model for retail associates while coaching and ensuring associates are trained on product knowledge. Handle daily cash receipt reconciliation and bank deposits, manage inventory, and open/close the store. Work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend shifts.
