Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the elaboration of offers and lead before-sales activities, including preparing and defending service offers.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders to develop and size solutions with coherent technical, operational, and financial assumptions.
  • •Identify new customer needs and opportunities, and pilot commercial responses with technical experts, commercial teams, BID Management, and procurement/legal/support functions.
  • •Drive SOC Build & Run projects from implementation to operations, managing internal cross-functional teams and external providers, ensuring milestones and client deliverables readiness.
  • •Own client relationship management and contract follow-up, participate in governance, handle escalations, implement improvement plans, and track financial performance (revenue, margins, invoicing, cash flow) and capacity for client orders.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s-level education (Bac+5/equivalent) and at least 5 years working at the heart of a SOC.
  • •Experience with SOC solutions such as Splunk, Sekoia, Chronicle, SentinelOne, Microsoft Sentinel, HarfangLab, Cortex, Terraform, or Ansible (or equivalent technologies).
  • •Ability to pilot complex environments, structure and plan work, anticipate risks, and maintain control of financial stakes while delivering value to the client.
  • •Pedagogical leadership skills to mobilize multidisciplinary teams around shared objectives.
  • •Clear communication and strong relational skills with high-expectation clients, with an English level to operate in an international context.
