Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Growth Product and Engineering to develop and refine FieldPulse’s Growth Product and Business Strategy.
  • •Own Growth business operations, bridging strategy and day-to-day execution.
  • •Act as connective tissue to ensure smooth, efficient ops, solving cross-functional problems with data analysis, project/program management, and process improvement.
  • •Drive pricing and packaging strategy and execution across core offerings and add-on products.
  • •Evaluate, source, negotiate, and contract with technology vendors to power add-on products and ecosystem integrations.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of experience in business operations roles with demonstrated expertise in strategy, product, consulting, finance, partnerships, and cross-functional project management; vertical SaaS experience and exposure to the trades/field services is preferred.
  • •Strong analytical skills with ability to structure and analyze operations, performance data, and derive actionable insights and recommendations (fluency with financial models and data analysis in spreadsheet tools; SQL querying a plus).
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • •Experience negotiating partner or vendor contracts and interfacing with legal teams, managing partner relationships, and driving accountability.
  • •Highly organized, self-motivated, able to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
