Handle commercial customer interactions via phone and email, providing accurate information and explaining products and policies. Serve as the primary point of contact for Premier and Core clients, supporting requests for services such as Wire, ACH, customer statements, lockbox, and balance inquiries. Triage and route Treasury Management requests, enter customer information into the CRM, and track service requests while meeting call center quality and performance standards.
