Job Summary

Own the monthly partner billing cycle end-to-end, coordinating partner inputs, generating reports, and managing review/approval to close. Handle partner-facing billing communications, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and create and track invoices in NetSuite including PO matching and remittance application. Support vendor/customer onboarding, assist month-end close with reconciliations and journal entries, and maintain process documentation while contributing to ad hoc finance operations projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Run the full monthly partner billing cycle from partner inputs through internal review and approval to close.
•Manage partner-facing billing communications, including sending billing emails and responding to partner inquiries.
•Triage and investigate data discrepancies, resolving independently and escalating documented issues as needed.
•Create, issue, and track partner invoices in NetSuite; match POs to invoices and confirm remittances are received and applied.
•Support month-end close via account reconciliations and journal entry preparation, and help with onboarding and audit requests as needed.
