Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as technical anchor for client pursuits, translating pain points into outcome-driven solutions and owning the technical solution from RFP response through delivery handover.
  • •Architect AIOps, observability landscapes, and Agentic AI integrations within IT operations transformation programs.
  • •Collaborate with sales, bid management, and delivery teams to drive pre-sales activities, RFP ownership, effort estimation, and pricing benchmarks for large global deals.
  • •Guide integration of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools with cloud and DevOps practices, ensuring robust data utilization for event correlation and automated root-cause analysis.
  • •Lead discussions with enterprise/global clients, handle objections, and propose practical workarounds to advance opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15 years in IT across design, engineering, implementation, and pre-sales with 3+ years in pre-sales/solutioning of AIOps use cases for enterprise/global clients.
  • •Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure management, and application performance monitoring; sound ITIL foundations.
  • •Hands-on experience with ITSM tooling (ServiceNow preferred) and across enterprise AIOps platforms — Aisera, Moogsoft, BigPanda, ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps, HPE OpsRamp, ScienceLogic.
  • •Scripting (JavaScript or similar), low-code/no-code platforms, and hands-on REST API integration and automation workflow experience.
  • •Observability, Cloud & DevOps: data from monitoring/logging/alerting tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Nagios, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, OpenTelemetry); cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP); containers (Docker/Kubernetes); DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Helm, CI/CD).
