Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or support delivery of projects from concept through to completion with successful outcomes.
  • •Manage project scope, programme, budget, and resources to meet agreed objectives.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams and support effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and project teams.
  • •Monitor project performance across time, cost, and quality, taking action when needed.
  • •Manage risks, issues, change control, and oversee governance, reporting, communication, budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong experience in Project Management within the real estate sector, ideally across retail and office projects.
  • •Good understanding of project planning, delivery, and governance.
  • •Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • •Recognised Project Management Qualification is desired; MS Project experience is preferred and AutoCAD would be an advantage.
