Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business goals, regulatory needs, and customer feedback into development requirements and documentation (process descriptions/diagrams).
  • •Facilitate requirements workshops with development teams and stakeholders.
  • •Support the full lifecycle from idea to rollout, including planning and executing UAT.
  • •Ensure stability and quality of existing services and compliance with area-specific regulations.
  • •Advise stakeholders on products and processes and drive delivery end to end from requirements to testing, rollout, and improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience translating business needs into clear requirements, working closely with IT and stakeholders.
  • •Experience planning and performing testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • •Fluency in English for cross-Baltic collaboration, and fluency in Lithuanian for local documentation and stakeholder communication.
  • •Strong ownership mindset, prioritization skills, and a hands-on approach.
  • •Nice to have: knowledge of derivatives/FX-related processes and/or experience/education in legal or regulatory areas.
