Job Summary

Own the design, launch, and scaling of Bybit’s global B2B fiat and investment-related operations, including fiat-as-a-broker liquidity infrastructure, OTC flows, and stablecoin partnerships. Drive end-to-end B2B initiatives, partner integration and onboarding, daily operational execution, SOPs/workflows, and performance optimization. Partner with Product, Treasury, Compliance, Risk, and regional teams to build scalable, compliant, revenue-generating business lines across LATAM, SEA, and EU.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and optimize operational frameworks for fiat-based products, including OTC, broker services, and structured fiat flows
•Build and iterate business and revenue models (e.g., spread, incentives, partner economics, liquidity routing)
•Own end-to-end execution of B2B fiat initiatives, including fiat-as-a-broker, OTC/RFQ flows, stablecoin partnerships, and outsourcing collaborations
•Drive partner onboarding and activation, and define integration frameworks and go-to-market strategies for banks, fintechs, and payment providers
•Ensure regulatory-compliant operations via coordination with Compliance and Risk, including EDD, onboarding, and transaction monitoring support

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in banking, fintech, payments, or financial services, with exposure to investment or B2B products
•Strong understanding of fiat infrastructure, liquidity flows, or financial product mechanics

•Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, and regional teams
•Strong analytical mindset with high ownership and execution in fast-paced environments
