Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, vet, and onboard compliant vendor partners across the EU for soft home categories.
  • •Establish supplier scorecards and KPIs to drive partner performance and continuous improvement.
  • •Negotiate commercial terms including MOQs, pricing, capacity planning, and lead times.
  • •Develop and execute a long-term EU vendor and material sourcing roadmap, including white-space opportunities.
