Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end PMO project implementation across multiple GSDs, ensuring delivery against quality, timeline, and budget objectives.
  • •Monitor and enforce regulatory and group compliance requirements, maintaining controls and assessing project/compliance/remediation risks.
  • •Oversee remediation work, including identifying improvement areas, driving corrective and preventive actions, and closing open audit findings.
  • •Establish and lead PMO processes, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistent and efficient project execution.
  • •Serve as the global point of contact for legally compliant contract setup and renewal (SOW/POA), aligning with legal templates and preparing regulatory outsourcing reports, including data privacy topics (DCP/PIA/PDI management).

Key Requirements

  • •University degree.
  • •Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, compliance, and remediation roles, including leading PMOs or similar functions.
  • •Proven track record of successful project implementation and compliance management.
  • •In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks, controls, and regulations.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to deliver results and influence senior management.
