Sr. Service Technician, Mobile - Louisville, KY

Provide field service repairs for Lucid vehicles by traveling to client locations and diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing electro-mechanical and high-voltage systems. Document repairs and customer interactions using required software, follow repair order procedures, and communicate with service team members and customers. Perform service-advisor and parts-department tasks (ordering, returns, inventory), handle invoicing/payment, and support scheduling and travel planning across an assigned territory.
