Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the CXR Pathway Program, including paid study time for licensing and training/proficiency development.
  • •Deliver outstanding customer experiences through chat, email, and phone channels.
  • •Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and communicating improved ways to serve customers.
  • •Grow financial services expertise by developing proficiency in a range of financial concepts.
  • •Participate in team alignment and production activities with a 24/7 service model and flexible scheduling as needed.

  • •Self-starter comfortable with a fast-paced, evolving customer support environment and learning through coaching, feedback, and goal setting.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or experience working in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • •Commitment and resilience over 26 weeks to achieve licensing completion and Registered Representative proficiency.
  • •Ability to exercise independent thought and judgment, adapt to new tasks, and prioritize in a multi-task environment.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service to help defuse customer anxiety.
