Key Responsibilities

•Support the global Go-To-Market team with commercial agreements including customer agreements, SOWs, and amendments, as well as NDAs
•Review, draft, and negotiate vendor agreements and optimize the vendor procurement process
•Lead legal operations projects such as enhancing in-house AI tool usage, streamlining internal review processes, and reducing administrative tasks
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external counsel to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work product
•Maintain executive presence in negotiations with outside vendors, counsel, and clients

Key Requirements

•J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with active bar admission in at least one U.S. state
•5+ years of experience at a top law firm or high-growth technology company
•Experience negotiating technical vendor and SaaS agreements; exposure to public sector procurement is a plus
•Excellent communication, service mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited information
•Executive presence to negotiate with outside vendors, counsel, internal and external clients
