Job Summary

Own the day-to-day administration of health, welfare, and retirement (401k) benefits, while supporting equity compensation programs focused on UARs and RSUs. Reconcile monthly invoices, investigate discrepancies, and drive long-term fixes. Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate deductions and retroactive adjustments, build dashboards for enrollment and billing insights, and maintain compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day administration of health, welfare, and retirement plans, and manage equity compensation programs (UARs and RSUs).
•Perform monthly invoice reconciliations, identify root causes of discrepancies, and implement long-term fixes.
•Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate benefit deductions, retroactive adjustments, and data integrity.
•Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor enrollment accuracy, billing variances, and equity activity.
•Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA; support filings, audits, and vendor performance evaluations.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration or analysis.
•Direct experience supporting equity compensation plans (UARs and RSUs).
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
•Experience navigating HRIS and benefits enrollment platforms.
•Deep knowledge of benefits compliance and federal/state regulations.
