Job Summary

Oversee end-to-end intercompany (ICY) settlement activities across Asia within ABS Finance Operations, ensuring accurate, compliant processing for multi-entity cross-border transactions. Lead quarterly KPI reporting, mismatch analysis, and process standardization to improve reconciliation accuracy. Drive audit preparation for tax and FX regulatory reviews and strengthen internal controls. Manage and develop a team of four across Korea and China while partnering with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Logistics, and Compliance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end ICY transaction operations across Asia, aligned to regional priorities.
•Provide quarterly KPI reporting, insights, and compliance updates; analyze ICY vs. PFI mismatches and drive remediation.
•Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable, compliant ICY settlement processes; strengthen internal controls and mitigate risks.
•Prepare for internal and external audits, including tax and FX regulatory reviews, and support audit defense.
•Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 across Korea and China; collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve ICY-related issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•12–17 years of relevant accounting or finance experience in an international business environment.
•Strong intercompany accounting, settlement, or financial operations experience in a multinational environment.
•Solid understanding of FX regulations and tax compliance across Asian countries.
•CPA qualification and SAP experience are advantageous; 2+ years leading teams is preferred.
