Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design and technical implementation of infrastructure and cloud projects, ensuring scalable, high-performance, and cost-efficient systems.
  • •Develop and manage cloud architecture, system configuration, automation, and performance monitoring across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS, including hybrid and virtualization environments.
  • •Drive incident management and problem management: prioritize, diagnose root causes, escalate unresolved issues, facilitate recovery, and recommend fixes and preventive measures.
  • •Maintain governance and compliance for infrastructure and cloud environments, including risk management, information security policies, control assessments, and audit readiness.
  • •Own lifecycle operations and documentation: installation/decommissioning, testing, configuration management records, SOPs/technical designs/as-built documentation, capacity planning, and KPI reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
  • •5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • •Experience designing and implementing infrastructure and cloud projects with scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • •Ability to use cloud automation and scripting to streamline operations (e.g., CloudFormation/ARM templates; PowerShell, Python, or Shell).
  • •Familiarity with cloud architecture, migration in SaaS/PaaS/IaaS environments, and incident/root-cause workflows.
