Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and arrange trucks for domestic and cross-border logistics movements across GCC countries.
  • •Coordinate with transporters and vendors to ensure timely vehicle availability and smooth shipment execution.
  • •Negotiate freight rates, commercial terms, and vendor agreements to achieve cost optimization and operational efficiency.
  • •Identify, onboard, and manage new transport vendors and fleet partners to strengthen supply availability across regions.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with transporters, fleet owners, and logistics partners for long-term operational support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •2–5 years of experience in truck sourcing, fleet management, logistics operations, or transporter coordination.
  • •Strong negotiation, vendor management, and operational coordination skills.
  • •Good understanding of GCC domestic and cross-border transportation operations.
