Key Responsibilities

  • •Regularly tackle the largest and most complex backend problems, from technical design to launch.
  • •Deliver solutions used by other teams and products.
  • •Determine plans of attack for large projects and apply architectural standards on new work.
  • •Lead code reviews and documentation, and take on complex bug fixes—especially on high-risk problems.
  • •Partner across engineering teams on company-wide initiatives spanning multiple projects and mentor more junior members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer science in a related technical field, or similar experience.
  • •10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.

  • •Ability to collaborate with and mentor junior team members, and consider customer impact in technical decisions.
