Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform and monitor daily plastic concrete testing and daily compressive strength testing.
  • •Perform and monitor daily moisture analysis testing and weekly dry fit testing, plus Three Edge Bearing testing as needed.
  • •Perform and monitor daily pre/post pour inspections and complete root cause analysis reporting.
  • •Report to the management team on process improvements, mistakes, scrap levels, and quality concerns.
  • •Oversee a team of 2-4, maintain QC documentation, ensure readiness for IQAP/ACPA/DOT audits, and implement Krinkle apps and Oldcastle QSM standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Must have quality control experience in a related industry.
  • •ACI Field Grade I Testing, ACI Strength Testing, ACI Aggregate Testing, and ACPA Pipe School within 90 days and maintain certifications.
  • •Basic computer and tablet skills.
  • •Ability to read/write simple instructions, communicate effectively, and lift up to 40 lbs periodically.
