Key Responsibilities

  • •Run monthly/quarterly close, consolidations, reconciliations, and deliver investor/board reporting (ARR/NRR, retention, cash).
  • •Own FP&A budgeting and forecasting, including rolling forecasts and unit economic analysis with plan-versus-actual tracking.
  • •Author and maintain ASC 606 revenue recognition policies, review deal terms, maintain control evidence, and support external audits and SOC 2 readiness.
  • •Define and maintain quote-to-cash order flows, invoicing, collections, cash application, and credit risk processes to reduce DSO and exceptions.
  • •Partner with Product and Growth on pricing and packaging strategy, and own deal desk guardrails and discount policy for sales-assisted deals.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in SaaS finance/accounting with end-to-end quote-to-cash and revenue recognition ownership.
  • •Experience building/owning deal desk and sales compensation programs.
  • •Strong process and policy writing with the ability to operate effectively across Product and GTM.
  • •Ability to improve close time, forecasting, and DSO.
  • •Strong verbal and written English communication skills for frequent collaboration with stakeholders and customers.
