Senior Product Test Engineer responsible for validating prime hardware against technical data packages, troubleshooting test failures, and leading improvements to test processes. Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot and provide accurate rework instructions for the product hardware.
•Create and maintain spares and the test equipment obsolescence plan.
•Create Basis of Estimates (BOE) to estimate costs to add capacity, new capabilities and obsolescence.
•Lead projects to reduce test time and improve the test process through analysis of predictive metrics and yields.
•Develop test flows and contribute to test capacity analysis.

Key Requirements

•A Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
•Experience with electrical/electronic testing.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) clearance.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience with test flow development, root cause analysis, and reliability testing.
