Job Summary

Build customer relationships and drive revenue by using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify and meet retail consumer and small business needs. Promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services through consultative outreach using CAMP and other marketing tools, and support periodic financial reviews. Cross-sell, conduct outside sales activities, and partner with mortgage and business teams while ensuring risk accountability and excellent customer experience.

•Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities and community financial literacy events.
•Provide guidance to CSRs on the sales and referral process while meeting customer experience and production goals.

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
•Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
