Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Compliance Leads and compliance specialists supporting global payroll products.
  • •Establish product compliance strategy, frameworks, and governance to ensure requirements are incorporated throughout the product lifecycle.
  • •Interpret payroll, employment, tax, and labor legislation and translate it into business requirements, product specifications, and implementation guidance.
  • •Embed compliance-by-design principles with Product, Engineering, and Payroll Operations, leveraging automation and AI to improve compliance outcomes.
  • •Oversee regulatory intelligence and market readiness by monitoring legislative developments and supporting expansion into new markets.
