Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive high-impact growth and revenue projects for top sellers on DE TikTok Shop from opportunity identification through execution and impact evaluation.
•Use seller, category, and business performance data to diagnose growth opportunities, define success metrics, and track results.
•Develop tailored growth strategies and business plans for key sellers, translating insights into actionable initiatives.
•Partner with operations, product, strategy, and other cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and deliver special projects end to end.
•Establish project governance, milestones, and reporting mechanisms, and turn project learnings into repeatable playbooks and scalable recommendations.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, e-commerce, management consulting, or a closely related field, with demonstrated delivery of business growth or operational improvement initiatives.
•1+ years managing cross-functional projects from problem definition through planning, execution, and performance evaluation, preferably in e-commerce/marketplace environments.
•1+ years using business, seller, category, or performance data to identify growth opportunities, define success metrics, and translate insights into actionable business plans.
•1+ years partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, product, strategy, or commercial teams, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
•Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese to collaborate with Mandarin-speaking teams and stakeholders.
