Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop differentiated product messaging, value propositions, and positioning for inverter and power conversion products.
  • •Equip sales teams with tools and content for customer conversations, including presentations, one-pagers, datasheets, FAQs, and objection handling materials.
  • •Build and coordinate go-to-market plans for new inverter products, updates, and commercial milestones with product management, sales, marketing, and engineering.
  • •Create outcome-focused customer narratives and gather voice-of-customer feedback to refine messaging around project and procurement challenges.
  • •Drive development of product collateral and training materials and help articulate how products fit within an integrated clean energy technology platform.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, product management, technical marketing, sales enablement, or related roles in an industrial, energy, electrical, or infrastructure technology field.
  • •Experience in utility-scale solar, power conversion, inverters, energy storage, grid infrastructure, electrical balance of system, or renewable energy markets.
  • •Ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear customer value propositions.
  • •Comfort working with engineers and product managers, understanding technical concepts and terminology.
  • •Strong writing, messaging, and storytelling skills for both technical and commercial audiences.
