Key Responsibilities

•Partner with assigned BU and senior management teams to understand business strategies and develop/implement plans to build organization capabilities and support growth.
•Lead organizational design, talent management and building management bench strength across the business.
•Drive end-to-end organizational development and learning initiatives from gap analysis to solutions.
•Act as an advisor and coach to managers and employees on people issues.
•Review business metrics on retention and employee experience to recommend systemic improvements.

Key Requirements

•Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management or related field
•Experience in organizational design, change management, building management bench strength, performance management, compensation and rewards, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent acquisition and data analysis
•Strong business insight with ability to assimilate new information quickly
•Ability to build trust and credibility with employees, managers and partners in a multicultural environment
•Experience working in a matrixed co-leadership environment and influencing without authority
