Key Responsibilities

  • •Strictly follow company safety, environmental, occupational health, process safety, and quality management regulations.
  • •Follow production process procedures and operate on-site equipment or control-room systems according to SOPs.
  • •Perform equipment maintenance and upkeep according to maintenance policies and keep inspection/production records accurately.
  • •Monitor control-room parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure), assess whether the process is running normally, and adjust parameters within required ranges or per production instructions.
  • •Conduct 5S work on the job site, participate in training and assessments, and report abnormal situations and process issues promptly.

Key Requirements

  • •Above-associate degree; preference for candidates with relevant majors such as chemistry/chemical engineering.
  • •Experience as a workshop/plant operator in large or mid-sized manufacturing enterprises; chemical industry experience preferred.
  • •Understand modern machine equipment operation and maintenance (维保).
  • •Familiarity with and strict compliance with SOP operating procedures.
  • •Ability to complete required training and pass assessments.
