Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with customer teams as a hands-on technical partner to solve real-world challenges in their environments.
  • •Own the technical success of customer implementations across multiple Harness modules and act as a bridge to Harness Product and Engineering.
  • •Provide hands-on guidance to integrate Harness into existing toolchains and processes.
  • •Design and implement CI/CD, infrastructure, and DevSecOps workflows tailored to customer architectures, leading onboarding and enablement.
  • •Analyze usage and performance data to identify gaps, deliver actionable recommendations, and proactively mitigate adoption or retention risks.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, DevOps, or technical consulting.
  • •Experience in deeply technical, customer-facing roles (forward deployed, consulting, or professional services preferred).
  • •Proven ability to lead complex implementations and drive measurable customer outcomes.
  • •Hands-on experience across cloud/infrastructure and DevSecOps workflows (AWS/GCP/Azure, Terraform/CloudFormation, Linux).
  • •Experience with CI/CD and automation (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Harness, pipeline design) plus containers/orchestration (Kubernetes/Helm/Kustomize/OpenShift).
