Partner with SVP+ leaders to drive talent strategy for B&T, Cyber Security & Trust. Serve as a trusted advisor and executive coach, using Workday data to identify problems and shape solutions. •Use Workday data to identify and articulate problem statements, then develop and implement solutions with PBP peers and CoEs.
•Develop and lead a global talent strategy and talent management initiatives (e.g., succession planning, leadership development).
•Accelerate execution of talent programs and special projects focused on compensation, talent assessment, and org effectiveness/transformation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 172,800 - 259,200 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of HR experience, including at least 8 years in a strategic (PBP) HRBP role.
•Experience partnering with SVP+ leaders globally.
•Ability to work out of a Workday office at least 50% of the time.
•Track record of using AI to elevate work and curiosity to be an early adopter.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate discussion and decision-making.
