Key Responsibilities

  • •Build trusting relationships and advise the leadership team on organizational decisions.
  • •Coach VP/SVP/EVP leaders on leadership mindset and approach.
  • •Use Workday data to identify and articulate problem statements, then develop and implement solutions with PBP peers and CoEs.
  • •Develop and lead a global talent strategy and talent management initiatives (e.g., succession planning, leadership development).
  • •Accelerate execution of talent programs and special projects focused on compensation, talent assessment, and org effectiveness/transformation.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of HR experience, including at least 8 years in a strategic (PBP) HRBP role.
  • •Experience partnering with SVP+ leaders globally.
  • •Ability to work out of a Workday office at least 50% of the time.
  • •Track record of using AI to elevate work and curiosity to be an early adopter.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate discussion and decision-making.
