Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, correlate, and analyze all-source intelligence (OSINT, CYBINT, and closed commercial intelligence) to evaluate threats targeting U.S. critical infrastructure.
  • •Provide analytical support to insider risk investigations, operations, damage assessments, and intelligence inquiries by identifying leads and anomalies.
  • •Collaborate with insider risk analysts and apply technical expertise using UAM/User Behavior Analysis, including travel disclosures and technical/behavioral indicators to surface indicators of compromise.
  • •Conduct supply chain/partner due diligence, including third-party organizational and vendor risk assessments and vulnerability reports tailored for senior leaders.
  • •Independently author finished analytic products, intelligence reports, and strategic assessments, including FOCI threat advisories aligned with industry best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in counterintelligence or intelligence analysis in an insider threat program, ideally in a federal or cleared environment where NITTF-aligned standards apply.
  • •Support and lead analyst work for federal law enforcement, intelligence community, or national security missions focused on critical infrastructure.
  • •Completion of accredited counterintelligence foundational training (e.g., CISAC, CIASAC) or equivalent service/agency schooling.
  • •Technical expertise integrating User Activity Monitoring (UAM) or User Behavior Analysis to perform retrospective analysis and surface indicators of compromise.
  • •Certified Counter-Insider Threat Professional (CCITP) certification desired.
