Job Summary

Lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of technical, operational, and corporate roles, with a strong preference for candidates with aviation or aerospace domain experience. Build and manage talent pipelines, proactively engage passive candidates, and partner closely with hiring managers and HR on workforce needs, market insights, and compensation benchmarks. Ensure a transparent candidate experience, maintain compliance, keep recruitment data up to date in Workday, and support employer branding and talent marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through onboarding, including screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, and offer negotiation.
•Manage hiring across technical, operational, and corporate functions, with focus on aviation-related roles.
•Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles, including engaging passive candidates.
•Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs, recruitment priorities, and provide regular hiring updates and recommendations.
•Ensure recruitment compliance with internal policies and maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday and other TA tools.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
•Strong preference for experience in aviation or aerospace domain roles.
•Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
•Experience leveraging sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, Workday, HiredScore, referrals, and networking platforms.
•Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and HR colleagues, providing market insights and hiring recommendations.
