Job Summary

Lead and perform instruction and hands-on operation of the Mission Simulator and Air Defence training devices. Deliver theoretical and practical training to aircrew, develop scenarios, manage scheduling, and maintain training publications. Collaborate with international teams, support on-site management, and contribute to program development while ensuring quality instruction, safety, and compliance in a high-stakes defense environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate the simulator training devices and related systems to support aircrew training
•Instruct students on checklist procedures and basic system knowledge within Simulator Training Devices
•Lead training and scenario development, and review to ensure effective training outcomes
•Plan, guide, and execute simulated events, coordinating distributed simulator trainings
•Provide briefings/debriefings, manage scheduling, and maintain all technical/operational publications and data

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree plus a professional certification with 5-8 years of relevant international experience
•Recent thorough knowledge of Air Defence Operations and Air Battle Management (AWACS/JTAC/CRC)
•Experience as Passive Controller/Electronic Combat Officer in AEW&C (E-3 or equivalent) for at least 3 years
•Minimum of 1 year experience as an instructor in that position
•Fluency in English and eligibility for NATO security clearance
