Job Summary

Strategic, technically fluent Senior Product Manager to own the AI platform layer for MeridianLink’s vertical lending SaaS. Own the end-to-end AI platform roadmap, API contracts, data pipelines, SDKs, and developer tooling; collaborate with ML infra, executives, and internal platform customers to enable AI-powered experiences while upholding platform governance, observability, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the AI platform layer.
•Partner with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with company-wide product vision and revenue goals.
•Build business cases justifying R&D investment based on expected benefits and impact.
•Collaborate with principal engineers and ML infrastructure leads to make build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions on foundational AI capabilities.
•Establish and govern platform-level standards: API versioning, model lifecycle management, prompt versioning, and observability requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 94,667 - 161,400 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience designing enterprise AI/ML products in a SaaS B2B environment
•At least 3 years in a platform, infrastructure, or developer tools
•Experience conducting customer/user research, usability testing, and translating insights into product strategy, with AI-driven prototyping
•Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
•Mastery of agile methodologies, processes, and artifacts with knowledge of DevAI practices
