Key Responsibilities

  • •Support production and operations personnel throughout every phase of production for remote events and as needed in studio.
  • •Interface and collaborate with studio colleagues to facilitate event logistics.
  • •Assist with reconciling remote event budgets with the onsite Production Manager and manage purchase cards and assigned sporting-event budgets.
  • •Coordinate travel logistics for talent, production, and crew, including air, hotel, and ground transportation.
  • •Work with internal partners and vendors on remote and studio logistics (crewing, scheduling, HR, building admin, IT, catering, cleaning schedules) as applicable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 26 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Minimum two (2) years’ experience in the television/film production business, preferably at a network or production facility.
  • •Ability to adhere to tight deadlines, communicate clearly, and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • •Working knowledge of Excel and Smartsheets.
  • •Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
