Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Store Project: conduct full store audits, manage content and visual identity, run quality checks, and ensure top partners maintain Prime status and visibility.
•Empower the Account Management Team: collaborate on high-impact business reviews and pitch decks for partners.
•Dashboards: build, update, and analyze performance dashboards to track partner growth metrics.
•SoW Recovery: identify lost revenue opportunities and execute recovery strategies to win back partner volume.
•Support daily operations and cross-functional collaboration within the Commercial team to drive partner success.

Key Requirements

•Availability: Ready for a 6-month, full-time internship starting soon.
•Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
•Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things (like a broken store filter) but understand the big picture (like dashboard metrics).
•Tech & Data Savvy: Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva).
•Communication: Strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Romanian is a must.
