Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement social-first integrated MarComms strategies starting in social, and shape culturally resonant narratives for Gen Z.
  • •In collaboration with the team, build influencer and creator strategies and campaigns aligned with Australia’s marketing strategy and KPIs.
  • •Manage creator, influencer, and partnership ecosystems, including pipeline outreach and agency/external communications support models.
  • •Deliver measurable earned impact using social media share-of-voice and qualitative/quantitative engagement signals, evolving success metrics beyond media volume.
  • •Partner on trust, safety, reputational, and corporate communications topics to strengthen Tinder’s brand reputation during high-visibility moments.
