Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Data Governance Platform capabilities (catalog, metadata, lineage, quality, access, stewardship).
  • •Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
  • •Own and prioritize the platform backlog, balancing business value, regulatory requirements, technical dependencies, customer needs, and scalability.
  • •Partner with engineering and architecture to design and deliver capabilities that improve data discovery, understanding, trust, access, and reuse.
  • •Lead delivery and adoption of governance platform capabilities, including data quality workflows, access management, KPIs, Agile ceremonies, and change management activities.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 2+ years with an advanced degree such as a Master's/MBA, or a PhD).
  • •Experience in data governance, data management, data quality, metadata management, compliance/risk management, or enterprise data programs.
  • •Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement governance requirements, standards, and controls.
  • •Experience analyzing data-related issues and driving improvements through governance frameworks and operational processes.
  • •Preferred: experience as a product manager/product owner/platform manager or data management leader supporting governance platforms and metadata/catalog/lineage/data quality initiatives.
