Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Customer Success Managers to shape and evolve customer Success Plans linking business objectives to product adoption and measurable value.
  • •Use deep knowledge of Unit4 Financials to identify adoption gaps, optimization opportunities, and best practices across finance processes.
  • •Help customers improve financial efficiency, reporting accuracy, governance, compliance, and decision-making using Unit4 Financials capabilities.
  • •Analyze customer usage patterns and business processes to find opportunities for increased value realization and operational improvement.
  • •Collaborate across Consulting, Support, Product Management, and Customer Excellence to remove blockers, accelerate outcomes, and feed customer voice back into Product and Engineering improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 4 years’ experience in ERP consulting, ERP support, Customer Success, or solution delivery, focused on financial management solutions.
  • •Experience working with Unit4 Financials (U4F), Unit4 ERP, or comparable enterprise financial management platforms.
  • •Strong understanding of core finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Reporting, and period-end/year-end processes.
  • •Ability to translate product capabilities into measurable business value and guide customers toward strategic outcomes.
  • •Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, including interpreting customer data and communicating with Finance leaders, CSMs, Product, Support, Consulting, and Engineering teams.
