Key Responsibilities

  • •Process Imports and other miscellaneous activities per internal policies, SOPs, and ICC guidelines across Trade Finance business segments.
  • •Ensure processing follows SOP/OPMs and UCP/ISBP/ISP as applicable, including charge recovery.
  • •Perform sanctions checking of relevant parties in documents.
  • •Handle commodity trade operations documents and authorize/input transactions into the system, preparing/authorizing SWIFT messages.
  • •Share errors and knowledge gaps with the line manager/team and support reconciliation controls to avoid pending entries and revenue leakage.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •1-1.5 years of relevant experience in Trade Operations.
  • •Expert-level knowledge of Letters of Guarantee and Letters of Credit.
  • •Expert-level knowledge of accounting entries and UATs.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) with strong communication and analytical skills.
