Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Global Helpdesk to provide customer service support at on-site locations, restoring functionality to customers’ assets.
  • •Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints; perform preventative maintenance visits.
  • •Clean and service AV equipment (including camera lenses, monitors, and equipment fans) and complete field installations as needed.
  • •Install and manage control programs (AMX/Crestron/Firmware) and provide support for networked devices (routers, IP protocols).
  • •Set up, troubleshoot, and test video codecs; pull cable, install connectors, mount projects/ceiling mounts, and travel to job sites while following OSHA standards.
